About Me
I’ve been a group fitness instructor since 2008 and have numerous certifications as follows.

AFAA / NASM:
Group Fitness Certification
2008 to present. American Fitness and Athletics Association which now operates within the National Academy of Sports Medicine is one of the gold standards of certifications a fitness professional can hold. To maintain certification, one must earn 15 CEUs every two years by attending live and online trainings.
CPR/AED

Class Schedule
Total Body Conditioning
A fun, functional total body workout incorporating Cardio, Strength and Core. 20 minutes of non-impact high-energy cardio with options to do plyometrics followed by strength training using resistance tubing and core work finished with cool-down stretch

My classes are for all ages and fitness levels. I guide and modify so you get the most from your workout — whether you’re new to exercise, recovering from an injury, or a hard-core fitness enthusiast. I believe fitness is for everybody and every body.
